Intention VS Behavior
Scenarios like this happen in marriages all the time. The reason? We judge ourselves based on our intentions, but we judge others based on their behavior. Joe felt good about his intention of surprising Amy with breakfast in bed. Amy was unaware of his intentions but instead saw his action – rushing out to work without acknowledging her!
