AngelaWelcome to Success, Personal Growth, and Positivity!

This site is for seekers.  We are all seeking for something, right? Some want more – more money, more happiness, more peace, etc.  Some want something deeper – an understanding of what we are doing on this planet – why are we here? Some seem to frantically search for something, but they have no idea of what they are looking for. Others think they are searching for a spouse, for love, for children, for a home, a new car, or some other tangible thing that may make their lives more full.

This site is specifically for spiritual women who want to live happily ever after. By spiritual, I don’t necessarily mean “Christian” even though that is my particular bent and I use The Bible to guide me in my understanding. But rather, I am looking to help women of all faiths as long as they give attention to their spirit. I believe we are spiritual beings having a body experience rather than the other way around.  Because of that, I approach common problems and questions on a spiritual level first and then a psychological level.

Thanks to Oprah and the release of “The Secret” several years ago, women have flocked to the power of positive thinking and the law of attraction in an effort to solve their everyday issues. Although both of those concepts are valid, many women found that it just didn’t work for them. They found that no matter how hard they tried, their marriage was still dead, parenting was still stressful, their jobs still unfulfilling, and their lives were no closer to happily ever after than before.  It seems we were all looking for a fairy godmother and a little bit of bippidi-boppidi-boo to turn us into the princesses we wanted to be.

This site is about balance. It is about taking the concepts of the law of attraction and balancing them out with Biblical and psychological truths. It’s about searching our spirits to find our castle and learning to manifest it into a real life happily ever after.

I found that the majority of issues facing women fit nicely into six categories: relationships, parenting, health, spirituality, and finances. I welcome you to explore the site, leave feedback, and even add your opinions. Together, we can find the path to peace.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Better Version of The Secret-A MUST Read, October 7, 2009

I read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne many times. So many aspects of it made sense to me; however I was troubled with the lack Biblical structure and references. The “New Age” approach made me a little nervous.
Mrs. Sullivan’s Cinderella’s Secret is the answer to my desire for there to be Christian’s approach to The Secret. The fundamentals are very much the same, yet now there are scriptures and concepts that point back to the one true way, Jesus Christ.
God intends on us having truly happy and fulfilling lives, contrary to many beliefs that we are to struggle here on Earth in order to obtain our rewards in Heaven. Mrs. Sullivan simply and eloquently explains the methods to overcoming the common complaints many of us have in our “unhappy” lives.
Great Job on the book. Can’t wait for a sequel!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars I can hardly wait for the next book by this author…, September 19, 2009

I could not help feeling that the author and I had lived almost parallel lives after reading Cinderella’s Secret. This book is for any woman who has struggled to reach her goals in spite of individuals in her life that have deliberately or unconciously tried to hold her back. We no longer need to wait for “permission” to grow and develop and reach our potential. Cinderella might seem like a fairy tale, but the story happens all around us everyday. I’m looking forward to the next book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Self Help Book, September 8, 2009

When I first read Cinderella’s Story I couldn’t help but see myself. As a child, I as well as most children, had a tendency to dream that my live would end up like the fairy tales, “happily ever.” As I became an adult, I learned that there fairy tales are just that “tales” of other peoples dreams. Life is hard with many ups and downs with more downs than ups. We have disappointments with everything from our jobs to children to love. And many times we fall into the belief that that’s just the way life is and we might as well accept what comes at us. After reading Cinderella’s Story I’ve learned that that the acceptance concept is wrong. There are things that we can do about our downs and disappointments. With the coaching this book delivers, I’ve learned that I don’t have to accept second. I’m #1 and and I will accept no less for myself.

This is a wonderful book for all ages. I just wish it had been there for me when I was younger.
